About Shipping
We currently ship items by EMS (Express Mail Service), Air Mail, SAL (Economy Air), and Sea Mail (Surface Mail).
- All packages sent by EMS are fully insured.
- Online tracking is available for EMS only.
- By Air may not be available as shipping method for some countries.
- By SAL may not be available as shipping method for some countries.

- Please note that we ship your order after all the items are restocked. If some items in the orders cannot be restocked, we will mail you in advance.
- For the reservation (pre-order) items, we will ship after the item is in stock. If certain reservation items are released on the same day, we will combine the orders and ship.
- Price and the weight of the reservation items may differ with the actual released products. If there are price / weight differences, we will adjust the price / weight accordingly and ship.

Due to the customs inspections and the heavy mail traffic during holiday season, there may be times when it takes longer than it usually does for the orders to arrive.
The maximum weight
Depending on the receiving countries the maximum weight of one shipment varies from 20kg to 30kg, including the box and packaging weight.
Shipping and Handling Fees
- Depending on the types of the purchased items and the total weight, most reasonable shipping methods are automatically selected to be chosen.
- The shipping rate cannot be specified until our system knows the specific size and weight of items, and the country to which we ship the package. The below chart is for the EMS shipment, but for other methods please check the result by putting the actual items in the basket before you complete the order.
- The "total" on the order sheet is the sum of a products' price and its shipping fees.
* The shipping and handling fees on the table below are in "Japanese Yen".

Details of Available Shipping Methods
EMS (Express Mail Service)
- Estimated shipping duration: 2-4 days after the order is shipped.
- Online tracking: Available after the order has been shipped. (tracking information may delay)
- Signature of the recipient: required upon delivery.
- In case you are absent at the time of delivery: the local post office will leave a note with contact information, and/or repeat delivery attempts. If you see the notice, please contact the local post office immediately, or the shipment will be returned after a few days.
- If you do not receive your order after the estimated shipping time, please track the order by clicking the tracking URL in the "History of Registered Products" located in the Members Profile section. If the tracking are not available at your area, please contact your local post office.
Air Mail
- Estimated shipping duration: 4-10 days after the order is shipped.
- Online tracking: NOT available.
- Signature of the recipient: not required upon delivery.
- If the order did not arrive after the estimated shipping time, please contact your local post office.
SAL (Economy Air)
- Estimated shipping duration: 2 - 3 weeks after the order is shipped.
- Online tracking: NOT available.
- Signature of the recipient: not required upon delivery.
- If the order did not arrive after the estimated shipping time, please contact your local post office.
Sea Mail (Surface Mail)
- Estimated shipping duration: 1 - 2 months after the order is shipped.
- Online tracking: NOT available.
- Signature of the recipient: not required upon delivery.
- If the order did not arrive after the estimated shipping time, please contact your local post office.
Other important things to know
Customs
- International customers are regarded as importers and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of the customers. Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches the destined country. If that happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer, and we hold no responsibilities for these fees.
- Since the customs fee vary by countries, we cannot estimate how much it will be. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- In some countries, customs broker must be needed to clear customs. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- Please also note that we are required to show the accurate value of the items on the packages and invoices. All of the orders will be delivered as "merchandise", and we will not check the "gift" box unless the order is ordered as a gift. (for gift orders, gift wrapping must be purchased)
Restricted & Prohibited Items
- In some countries or regions, there are restriction / prohibition to imported items. Please make sure that no restricted / prohibited items are included in the order. For further information, please check your country / region's list of Restricted & Prohibited Items.
- We hold no responsibilities for any troubles that occur regarding this matter.
Undeliverable Packages
- For the packages that are returned to us by the post office as "undeliverable" due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you via e-mail.
- The incorrect shipping address
- Not claiming the package after the delivery attempt (for EMS and Registerd Mail ONLY)
- The customer did not pay the customs tax
- The customer refused to accept the package
- The purchased product is restricted/prohibited
- If you wish for the reshipment, we will charge the reshipment fee.
- If you wish to cancel the whole order, we will charge the original shipping & handling fee.
- If we do not receive your reply after a week we send you the mail, we will automatically cancel the order but charge the original shipping fee.
- To prevent packages from returning, please make sure to read our Shipping Confirmation mail, and calculate the days after your order is shipped, or track your order (for EMS only).
At the times of crises (war, terrorist attack, major earthquake, etc.)
- The packages may be delayed, or returned to us.
- If this happens, we will notify you via e-mail. If the packages are returned under this condition, no additional shipping fee are needed. However it may take a while to reship until the situation is settled.
P.O.Box
- If you are using P.O.Box as the receiving address ("ship to" address), please make sure that you can receive the packages, and make sure of the size you can receive.
