- About the Point System -
At ANIMAXIS.COM, we will give points to customers who have registered as Premier Members. The details are below:
How Points Are Earned
- When a Premier Member purchases an item, for every 500 yen purchased, 1 point will be given.
NB: Only the sum of the products purchased will apply to calculate points. Gift wrapping fee, shipping fee and handling fee will not be included in this point earning system.
When a Premier Member introduces a friend from the Premier Member's "Tell a Friend" section (the friend will receive an e-mail from you), and the friend will register as our Premier Member by clicking the URL found on the e-mail sent from you, then both you and your friend will earn 1 point.
NB: You will not get any points for introducing friend(s) to be our Premier Member through other methods other than from the Premier Member's "Tell a Friend" Section.
A member can earn points by introducing up to 40 friends PER YEAR
When Points Get Added
- When you purchase an item, points will be earned when the item has been shipped.
- When earning a point via "Tell a Friend" section, a point to both you and your friend will be earned when your friend registers as a Premier Member.
How to Use Points
- If your point total is more than 100 points, you can exchange the points with point-exchange items. Please note that amount of points you need to exchange depends on the item you choose. Please check how many points you need on this page. (Please note that point-exchange items are limited in stock, so they may change without notice.)
- You can exchange several items at once, if you have enough points.
- There is NO shipping fee for point-exchange items! However, we CAN'T combine the point-exchange item together with ordinary orders.
- When we send the point-exchange items, we need to write down the price of the items on the Invoice and EMS label for customs. In addition, on the EMS label they will be noted down as "GIFT" and "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE / VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSE ONLY"
- In the case where a member of a particular country must pay custom duty, consumer tax, or any other fees we ask the customers to handle the fee. If you are unsure about this, please contact your local customs since the customs system differs in each country.
- Points earned by the members can only be used at the ANIMAXIS.COM site.
- To use your points, please select the item of your choice and put it in the basket.Click here to exchange your points.
Point Expiration
- The validity term of the points are 1 year from the last day you earned a point. When you earn a point within the 1-year duration, the point validity will extend another 1 year.
(eg. If the last day of earning a point is March 20, 2001, your points are valid thru March 19, 2002, 23:59:59 JAPAN TIME)
- When the point validity term expires, then all of the points stored will expire.
How To Check The Earned Points
- Your points total can be checked here.
Other information
- If a person has registered using several e-mail address, the points will accumulate to the relevant e-mail address used / introduced. We cannot move / add / bind together the points in multiple e-mail addresses to one address.
- When a person changes their e-mail address on the Member Profile Page of ANIMAXIS.COM, then the accumulated points in the old address will automatically be passed on to the new e-mail address.
- One cannot give or trade points to or with a third party.
- Unless damaged, we do not accept returns on any point-exchange items. If you find any items that are damaged, we will accept them after you send us the item (with the copy / original receipt of the postal fee) and send you back the replacement and the shipping cost via postal money. You will need to file a damage report via your local post office. Please DO NOT throw any of the invoice, EMS label, box or wrapping away, and report the damage to us as soon as you can. If, by any chance we are unable to send you a replacement, then we will give you back the points used.
- If a member earns points via an unauthorized way, ANIMAXIS.COM reserves the right to invalidate every point earned.
- ANIMAXIS.COM reserves the right to end the Point System, or to change the service without any prior notification to the members. If the Point System ends, we cannot exchange the points for cash, products or any other services.
