Regarding order requests from customers, we apply the shopping application rules stated below:

• At Animaxis, Inc., we only accept order requests of items shown on the shopping site of ANIMAXIS.COM. Please note that in the case when we are out of stock, we inform our customers via e-mail to cancel their order for that particular item.
  
  

• The "date of the order request" is noted as the day when the customer placed the order online at the ANIMAXIS.COM homepage. However, when the order is made on a Japanese national holiday, we regard the order as being made on the following day, and as for order requests placed on Saturdays and Sundays we treat the order as being placed on the following Monday. After customers place an order, an e-mail of confirmation is sent, confirming their name, address, and their requested items.
  
  

• Once the "BUY" button is clicked, we do not, on principle, cancel any orders. 
  
  

• As for the return of the products purchased, we do not accept the return of any product unless it has been damaged, or delivered by mistake. In addition, in the case that a customer receives the wrong shipment we cannot accept the return of any goods, once the package has been opened.
