Shopping Procedures

Click on 'Shop' in the navigation bar at the top of any page.
|
|
|
Select either a product category or a
character/series from one of the pull-down menus.
|
Click the 'Search' button on the right.
|
|
|
|
| A list of available products will appear on the left hand side. Click on a product you wish to know more about and its details (photo, description, dimensions, price, etc.) will appear on the right.
|
A list of products with your search word(s) in the name will appear on the left hand side. Click on a product you wish to know more about and its details (photo, description, dimensions, price, etc.) will appear on the right.
|
If you wish to purchase an item click on the 'Put in Basket' button above or below the product information in the right frame.
You will then be asked to log in.
Once the login process has been completed, you will need to add the initial item to your basket again. After that you may continue to shop normally.
(Please note that products left in the basket during a visit remain even after a customer exits the site and/or logs out.)

On the basket page you will see the full details of each item in your basket, along with a subtotal for all purchases minus shipping costs.
Notice that the site navigation bar at the top of the page changes.
The new bar at the top shows all the steps that must be completed in order to make a purchase (from 'Basket' to 'Purchase').
The bar will gradually turn orange as you complete each step.
Note:
As the 'Basket' button is present in the top left of every page on Animaxis, please feel free to browse around the other areas of the site before you buy.
About the contents of the basket page:
- Click on "Update" after increasing or decreasing the quantity of any item(s) in the basket.
- Click on "Delete" to remove a single item from your basket.
- Click on "Delete All" to remove all items from your basket.
- Currency will be converted when the credit card company request your payment. Please note that all the prices of the products on this site are listed in Japanese yen. The US Dollar rate we give, while being as accurate as possible, may differ slighlty from the exchange rate on the day when your card is actually charged.
If you wish to continue shopping, clicking 'Back to shopping' will return you to the first two gray boxes above.

| To purchase the contents of your basket click the 'Next Step' arrow.

| Now enter the shipping address and credit card information.
|
Enter the address to which your order should be shipped.
Click the 'Next Step' arrow.
|
|
|
A breakdown of all charges to be made to your credit card will appear at the top of the page.
If you are happy with this, enter your credit card details in the form below.
Click the 'Next Step' arrow.

|
A confirmation slip containing your address, credit card details and order is displayed.
If there are any mistakes in the information, click 'Back' and make the necessary revisions.
If all the information is correct, click 'Buy'.

Your order is complete !!
A confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to the address you gave us.
