Click on 'Shop' in the navigation bar at the top of any page.

Select either a product category or a
character/series from one of the pull-down menus.

Enter keyword(s) in the "Goods Search" box and press "GO" or just hit your Enter button.

| A list of available products will appear on the left hand side. Click on a product title and its details (photo, description, dimensions, price, etc.) will appear.

If you wish to purchase an item, click on the 'Put in Basket' button at the product information. (If the product is out of stock, this Basket button will not appear)
If you did not log in first, you will then be asked to log in.
Once the login process has been completed, you will need to add the initial item to your basket again. After that you may continue to shop normally. |

On the basket page you will see the full details of each item in your basket, along with a subtotal for all purchases minus shipping costs.
Notice that the site navigation bar at the top of the page changes.
The new bar at the top shows all the steps that must be completed in order to make a purchase (from 'Basket' to 'Purchase').
The bar will gradually turn orange as you complete each step.

As the 'Basket' button is present in the top left of every page on Animaxis, please feel free to browse around the other areas of the site before you buy.
About the contents of the basket page:
- Click on "Update" after increasing or decreasing the quantity of any item(s) in the basket.
- Click on "Delete" to remove a single item from your basket.
- Click on "Delete All" to remove all items from your basket.
- Currency will be converted when the credit card company request your payment. Please note that all the prices of the products on this site are listed in Japanese yen. The US Dollar rate we give, while being as accurate as possible, may differ slighlty from the exchange rate on the day when your card is actually charged.
If you wish to continue shopping, clicking 'Back to shopping' will return you to the first two gray boxes above.

Enter the address to which your order should be shipped and billed.
If you would like to have your order gift-wrapped, please select the type of wrapping paper from the pull-down menu.
(If you order several items at once, they will be placed in one box, and only the outer BOX will be wrapped.)
When entering your address and name, make sure to enter them using simple English alphabet. Our system cannot support accented letters and we will not be able to send your order.

We offer EMS, AIR, SAL, and SEA, though our best recommendation is the EMS.
Depending on the types of the purchased items and the total weight, most reasonable shipping methods are automatically selected to be chosen.
Depending on the countries, there may be upper limits to the insurance. For those countries, the most reasonable shipping methods are automatically selected to be chosen.
