The publishing company specialized on mangas, Mag Garden who holds such popular titles as Matantei Loki, tactics, and Mamotte Shugogetten! will be listed on the Tokyo Stocks Exchange's "Mothers" Market for start-up companies on the 22nd of this month after a surprising pace of 2 years since their establishment.

Mag Garden originally started as a spin-out company of the publication branch of the game maker, ENIX (now Square ENIX). The establishment of Mag Garden led to legal battles, but the two companies reached concordance by ENIX agreeing to contribute 50% of Mag Garden's capital.

Mag Garden has been lauching very popular mangas by the sales of their central marketing product, the "Monthly Comic Blade" magazine and such titles as Matantei Loki RAGNAROK and PEACE MAKER Kurogane have been adapted into anime series due to their immense popularity (broadcast of Matantei Loki RAGNAROK started this April and PEACE MAKER Kurogane will start this October). Mag Garden's enlisting on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's "Mother" market for start-up companies is sure to lead for more firm business so fans can expect more high quality anime adaptations of their popular manga titles!
